Harry nuclear isn't the answer. I am telling you this as someone who has worked in power and related technologies for a long career, the business model is not honest, a few people who lead the charge become biliionaires and retire before the shit hits the fan at the expense of all others, whilst leaving a pile of unmanageable pollution just like most other profit driven business.
What is needed is something never done before, it only has to be recognised and understood how it actually works to see the way out, it is Kardashev Money, and the Engineering leading to that, that is how to really counter the problem.
Nuclear was never a source of power, it is just another means of extracting energy from matter, which always creates pollution no matter how we do it, (except if we made the matter ourselves from sunlight), the only actual source of power is the sun, only the Joules of energy from that are additive to those already on Earth.
