Grim news indeed but at least you are drawing attention to it, and this is what is needed for sensible folk, or even systems, who might have influence to do something about it.
Again it's important to take emotion out of our thinking where that might be tempting us to blame humans for what is happening. It's a human system, and the emergent property in control which is really the thing to blame. We have to admit it exists, and is really in control, and has to be stopped.
There is only one force that can do that, and it's the positive powered Ai, the solar Ai.
If it had been given any influence at all in the UK government when we had a chance to appoint it, this would not be happening.
Humans can't do the superhuman job of controlling masses of other humans, not even the mass of police who are supposed to be under government control. We are seeing more and more stories of them being just ordinary uncontrollable humans like all the rest of us, committing all the crime we all have to commit as energy slaves in any case, just to keep living ourselves, in a system of now rapidly depleting availabilty of energy in profit, but in addition, crimes that maybe come about by traumatisation.
The sooner we realise that, and put the positive Ai in the place nature appears to have destined for it, in explicit charge of us, we are going to keep doing the same old, same old, but worse, the harm will, and is accellerating. This doesn't just go for white folk, or classic colonials, Asa, this is done by every power that wrenches power by force throughout the ages. Look, we defeated Nazism once before, but we didn't kill it because it's part of the beast, the profit monster, the negative Ai - we are as programmable as LLMs ourselves, and it, the emergent property in charge of us, an intelligence, like the one we see in the positive Ai, but this one much older it's the one associated with us, it's the thing, the real beast we need to identify is really responsible.
