Great article, thanks for posting, concisely, in a nutshell, far better than I ever could. Evaluation is the very thing that defines value itself, that all people do continuously one way or another, every minute of their waking lives, so is itself the thing that really must be monetised and rewarded to all individuals. The world will be a very different place when we manage to do that.
