Good that some folks are taking an interest in the nature of China, rather than just dismissing it outright as an “Enemy”.

I would love to know the thought processes they were following when they ejected the Bitcoin miners from China.

A specific question I have is how much of the Chinese mining was being done by solar?

It is logical that the vast majority of it would have been solar.

That means the Chinese government probably obtained a large capacity of solar power for nothing when the miners were kicked out.

If so, that might even have been a primary consideration when it came to a decision of what to do with the miners.

Kicking them out, and siezing their solar generation plants, to provide cheaper, cleaner power for the people, could be an indication of how all Bitcoin mining might evetually cease, when it is realised that the solar energy capacity created by Bitcoin is the most valuable thing of all.

In fact it might even be instrumental in bolstering the economy in China, and what could maybe go on to save all others.
