Go ahead and question it. But you'll be doing it nonetheless. If you want answers to your questions, best go and ask on some of the 350 articles I've done on the subject since starting on it six years ago, as already a long practicing chartered systems Engineer. Notice this revolutionises money in a way that invalidates all arguments of cost, and it revolutionises energy in a way that we can't use enough of it, the opposite of the way it has been until now. Notice also the planet burning is not dependent on time, but the amount of profit and debt created. So we'll be seeing a lot more of the planet burning very soon, as well as uncontrollable inflation. With respect to IEEE, I have probably put more effort in than they have to date, there is no profit driven organisation or company wishes to fund this research because it spells the end of profit, in other words, the end of their business, especially utilities energy supply.

Btw, it isn't my idea. Formal Systems Engineering is a matter of cranking handles, we feed in the problem, and the solutions come out. Only one solution exists here, when all the stakeholder concerns are taken into account. The problem dictates the only solution. We either do it or burn.
