Further to my other comment, I finally did read this story through, since it keeps appearing in my feed. I can't help thinking you could not be more wrong, almost exactly the opposite of almost everything you've said here appears to me to be the actual truth. You folk in the US seem to not realise how different the real world outside the US really is, the propaganda acting on you is so thick and been so persistent for so long, actually for all of your lives, you seem unable to see it. All we need to do to see it is listen to both sides of every story instead of listening to just one.
Here, in an obvious effort to try to direct our thinking away from any question of Biden, you try to direct attention towards blaming Putin. That might work on other Americans who seem used to being directed to do this, but it can't work here in Europe because we know a lot of what you are claiming about Putin, and Russia, to be untrue.
We live much closer to Russia, known Russian people, even watched their news for years along with our own, of course the propaganda that might be working to make you believe what you claim to believe, doesn't work on us.
The Reason Putin has lasted as long as he has, as far as I can see, is because so many in Russia see him as a good leader for Russia.
We've watched, as he's been seen to be actually quite a reasonable, balanced, and actually very strong stable character. The invasion of Ukraine is the first time we've been called to question his reasoning, and actually when we look into, and recall the history, which we remember unfolding as it happened on Russian media, alongside our own, and others like Al Jazeera, it looks like he had no choice, the invasion, or "Special operation" as he always called it, was their last option, which they did when no-one here paid any attention to the losses in terms of Russian descended, and Russian leaning people being killed in various places in Ukraine, by mostly Nazi leaning extremists, who were funded and supported by guess who.
You folk in US seem capable of ignoring all the evidence of everything I am saying here, blinded apparently by the one sided propaganda you've always been used to, if your news didn't tell it to you, then it can't be true, right?
But for the rest of us in the world, we just watch with jaws dropped, how far away folk in the US can obviously be taken by your own propaganda, from actual reality.
I personally find this a little worrying, because as well as, and on top of the problem of the war in Europe, and actually the root cause of the war in Europe, and actually of all modern wars, is energy, or actually what I see is our technical misunderstanding of it, which appears to be due to profit driven propaganda in the form of a constant sales pitch, that we all have to adopt, excusing everything we do, working in the Grand system of systematically destroying Earth for profit.
When we realise this is driving us, the thing fundamentally motivating us, no exceptions, all of us, including Russians, maybe not so much Chinese, we realise this the thing most likely to be the biggest barrier to fixing things, our own tendency to be selfish, lost in our own ego, self invested to such an extent we can't see the truth about the harm we are doing to the planet, and humanity as a species, this is the thing unsustainable.
In Europe we are affected by this latter self delusion, but in the US you are affected by that, on top of the anti Russian indoctrination, so for US folk it's a double whammy, you are twice removed from the reality of what is a dying planet, as things stand.
I don't think this is irrecoverable, but it is going to be a job, sorting yourselves out enough to become capable of contributing to the fix, the only fix, of going 100% solar backed by hydrogen.
Do that, and we fix all the problems. But we are so far from it, whilst you in US manage to convince yourself you are so right about everything.
Actually you couldn't be more wrong, it seems to me.
