Fred of course I've researched very deeply in this subject, having written well over 200 articles on it, am well grounded with references, but more than that, I've worked applying energy as an Electrical Systems Engineer all of my life.
This is the most illustrative reference I know of at the moment:
https://www.theworldcounts.com/challenges/climate-change/energy/renewable-energy-resources/story
But, without needing references, are you really saying the sun isn't that powerful, when it is the only source of power, which created everything we know?
Are there more ex-scientists who believe that?
See this is one of the reasons why I think it wasn’t a good idea for science to diverge from religion.
At least religion had a very solid concept of what happens when we worship “false gods”, or deny the true “god”.
We worship money, which is capital, which is energy from the ground. Our latest religion is capitalism, which is in effect, the practice of worshiping the energy from the ground, beneath our feet, energy from below.
In doing that we ignore / dismiss / deny the original source of all energy, from above.
There we are, worshiping the false god from below, when it should be the sun we worship, the energy that creates all things.
Now we are seeing heatdomes causing uncontrollable fires, burning all plant life in places like Siberia and Canada.
Sunlight, is literally burning our planet now, with us on it.
Just like religion said we would.
Still think the power of the sun is overrated?
