Forlorn Thought

The scary part is that there is only one way to know the answer to this question for sure, and nature will insist this is put to the test.

A question that keeps coming up in my mind is:

“Would a society complicit in mass destruction of innocents (eg Palestine), really care much about ending the planet and all life on it”?
