For sure but there is going to be one hell of a stink when it becomes accepted that greenhouse gases in an adiabatic atmosphere are a falacy. Very embarrassing for science, but the existential problem of global temperature rise can't be fixed using the wrong information.
Assuming the worst, that Trump will not accept it either, he could nonetheless trash the whole climate science movement, by pointing out this error, he could argue there is no global warming, though we all can see there is with our own eyes, if the science is not sound, it will be kicked very hard, and the baby may be lost with the bathwater.
Science had the chance to accept this, I've been on about it long enough, but somehow, it has never sunk in, never been accepted.
Hey-ho, COP29 appears to have blown up, it too will be dismissed as a useless waste of money, but all of it could add to what is actual war now in escalation between East and West.
Ironic that it is all happening on misinformation, all of it, nobody seems able to recognise actual physical truth, any longer.
