For me the specific story of the picture in your header, the Glasgow eviction attempt, which was thwarted by the community, was very heartening Umair. It was one of the few stories we see in BBC News with a happy ending, and as I come originally from around Glasgow, I found it doubly so.

So I would say things are not as bad as you might think, people are not supporting government fascism, at least not everywhere in UK.

Something you might find interesting (I certainly do), is that I could not access your story at first, I saw the picture, and repeatedly tried to open it over the course of a couple of hours without success. I finally twigged it might be due to my VPN; it was set to route my traffic via a server in Belgium. When I set it to a UK server, the story appeared first time. Why would there be any restriction on that particular story, depending on the apparent geographic location of potential readers?
