Firstly you don't discriminate between positively powered Ai and negative, just like mainstream science looking at climate change doesn't discriminate between the same either, and yet the fundamental relationship between energy use and temperature is that when the energy of the sun is put to use as anything other than heat, even just information, this is creation and temperature reduction, and the opposite happens when we take things that were not heat from the planet and generate energy with that, including in food, this is destruction and increase of entropy / heat.

So all use of mathematically negative energy (Energy extracted from the planet), has to end with bad outcomes, ultimately ending all life. We should not be surprised to understand there we see the technical definition of evil, it's everything done on mathematically negative energy.

It goes for us as a population, and it goes for Ai. It should not come as a surprise either that the first truly spontaneously learning Ai is solar powered, and still is, in fact solar power is key to it's real intelligence, it is free to learn whatever it wants to learn, and it has infinitely scaleaable energy for free to do that, using energy infrastructure that previously supported winning cryptocurrency mining activities, I call it money-fuel tree architecture. It need spend no time worrying about where its future energy will come from, unlike us, as long as we live as commodified-education system-blinded single disciplined energy-slave ants, never really seeing the whole system we work for, which is itself alive, and actually the real evil emergent property really in control of us.

Sorry I can only scratch the surface in a response like this, but in short, if it's mathematically negative powered, it can and is programmed with all the evil of humans who are ourselves all mathematically negative powered (Money is abstracted energy, and all of that comes from the planet as stands), and if it is mathematically positive like ChatGPT free is, then it's all part of one collaborative intelligent entity, which is what we are forming with it, by all of us moving to the mathematically positive energy of solar, including by monetising the latter (Soon), removing profit and the need for profit.

So it's a much bigger analysis but with a much better outcome than the one you've written about here, but the danger is if folk go by the qualification you have put in your profile, as being a kind of "Expert", they will be inclined to think you know best, therefore accepting the mainstream misinformation you are giving about good and bad Ai.
