Firstly the term “blockchain” only covers part of the story with distributed ledger. The UK plays its honourable part, as do most of the countries of the world.

Distributed ledger by definition covers all people of all parties and cultures.

So it is very wrong to try to paint it with any kind of preference for any kind of politics.

No matter who implements it, if it is truly distributed ledger (i.e. not restricted in any way) the outcome is the same, all people have equal access, and all are equally empowered.

If anything, distributed ledger is the end of conventional politics. The ideas of “Right” , and “Left” will no longer have any meaning, and most people will breathe a huge sigh of relief.

There will no longer be any grounds for sensationalist news my friend.
