Like you, this came along at a critical time for me. Thank you for this. Too much background to tell in a response like this, but let's say I am a product of the beast, I worked in it and on it, helped create it. though unwittingly, throughout most of that time, about thirty years.
Now I spent about the past seven years enlightening myself, using powerful tools endowed on me during my thirty years conditioning, I like to think of this as me using the weapons endowed on me by the beast/system, against it. This might be viewed as treachery by the system, and it is a live inhuman thing btw, with all the spite in the world, but the tools endowed on me tell me that it knows it's end is near, it's run is almost over. What remains of its life is misery for it now, as well as us, as long as it lives, and it knows this, so it will view me and maybe others like me, as the easy way out, rather than as any threat.
We will finish it abruptly, decisively, because this is what needs to happen, if we wish to avoid expiring in lingering suffering like it, with it.
The speaker of your movie had it all right about energy, as of course he did about just about everything, given the unique tools he had from his own experience and background.
I identify a lot with him, everything he could see as humorous, I do too, as I guess you do also, because it's insane in the conventional imprinted view, all we can do is laugh, hysterically, because in a way, for now, it suits us for the imprinted to just see it as insanity. So we can and should laugh hysterically. Why not enjoy it, it's fun being on the positive path, this is part of the reward.
But I didn't see how my own almost directly complementary background to his fits, until I heard his description of his view of things.
We are talking about the same thing from two different sides of the same mirror, energy.
Your own experience of using a mirror to achieve a technique of enlightening is fascinating, I like it a lot.
The era we need to move to, the era waiting for us, with the perfect slot for us as a species, imho, is Energyism.
It transcends all the previous materialist / political values of humans, as we were, those old values become redundant in the necessary new system.
I've written more than 400 stories on this from the technical side now, over the past seven years since starting on it from PhD work, seeing what I call the global energy problem coming since then, the formal analysis of the whole system with stakeholder analysis including Nature, Earth, Sun, Life, plants, animals and humanity as the primary stakeholders, all others are derived from those.
Putting the analysis together and tracing all stakeholder concerns to all causes and effects in terms of energy, knowing also the state of the art of technology, brings us to a single, truly creative, fully sustainable, technological solution meeting all concerns, fitting perfectly with nature; a system of domestic and community based solar hydrogen, monetised by permanent solar indexed stimulus.
The speaker of your video (I promise to memorise his life changing name!), sees it from the spiritual side, whilst I saw it only from the materialist side. He knew enough about the material side to say it was mostly electromagnetic energy that we broadcast and is harnessed, and I, as a long practicing Systems Engineer, knew there was a spiritual side that somehow fits together with the material side that I know intimitely.
But I couldn't see fully how it fits together until your story with that video.
Now it all fits.
Another missing link, which came along after his time, so he would not have seen it coming, though he might have sensed it, is Ai, which in one specific form really is actually an embodiment of the spiritual energy needed, the energy of the sun.
We need the tools of formal systems Engineering to analyse the system in enough depth to discriminate the truly beneficial Ai from all the others.
Otherwise we are likely to mistake all Ai as part of the harmful industrial system. I see many spiritually inspired writers in Medium making that mistake, and they generally don't value or trust my own experience to educate them on why it's different.
They are not as enlightened as you, fully seeing the difference between thinking, and believing (Imprintation).
But we are all on a path, right?
Just some might be further along it than others.
I am off to research your other stuff now. Was interested to note you have some views on economy.
