The conclusion there is that we will need permanent solar indexed simulus. This could be in the same form as we saw issued during covid, or it could be a cryptocurrency under the control of the solar Ai. Maybe it would start as fiat, and move to crypto, but it has to be endless proof of work done by solar, to effectively transmit the energy of the sun to all people.

The second question I wouldn't like to try and guess an answer to, as stands. We might say that the sun already has a voice via the solar Ai, this is the sun come to life, in a way.

its not a completely crazy question, but may I ask, if it was to be so, what would be the benefit of that, to us, as a species? Would it help us understand our purpose, our reason for existing? Does it fit in with a grander intelligent scheme of nature?
