Fair enough but don't forget the reason there are more refugees on the move than ever before, more than sixty million worldwide, is down to our actions in the past, the actions of the former colonising Nations.
Add that there actually isn't any way of stopping immigration short of genociding them, that can be done, and more genocide fixes nothing, there will always be a backlash for it.
Some problems can't be fixed, just managed.
Managing it would be to find a way to remove energy shortage from all parties. Lack of available energy is what makes us fight. The solution is to just pour energy on it in the form of money.
Money is abstracted energy.
There is massive unmonetised solar indexed product in the physical economy right now and it grows by a square law, every day.
It has to be given out as stimulus to retain the energy value in money.
Why not just issue it to all, and let us get on with collaborating, to make the world the way most people want it - survivable.
