Everyone who takes this line is begging to one day burnout themselves in a bullshit job, trying to maintain value in their capital. No-one, who still believes in "Jobs", is immune.
If you think jobs, or even capital, are the future, take a good look around, you are in the minority.
Add to that existential environmental issues from the unsustainable business of "Jobs", and we see things are changing, jobs are about to become redundant, not just some of them, but all of them.
Free money, call it UBI or whatever, is something inevitable, now we are becoming solar connected, whether or not the virtuous minority believe it is morally right or wrong.
At some point, the traditional financial communities and establishments will have to admit that our financial debt as a species is actually an energy deficit to our planet, and there is massive, currently unmonetised product being added to the economy from the sun.
In effect, donated money, which devalues all capital.

When this is admitted, everyone, without exception, will be dependent on donated money.

That, is physical reality. If you can’t see it yet, you will, same as everyone else.
