Ed, Mike, I agree with you on all counts but can't see active force being anything that can do much good, unless it is spontaneous, by all people homeless and without food. For sure we will demand stimulus under those circumstances and it will be given. I would expect then we will see some of the same phenomenon as we saw when stimulus was issued before, like oil prices going negative, and the evironment showing some recovery, and the the currencies involved going up in value, rather than down.
What would be different this time though is that the stimulus probably wouldn't be stopped, it would be realised it is fully sustainable and fully required, and actually easier to just leave on, than trying to ration it.
