Different folk seem to be having different impressions of it.
Believing in it might go a long way towards understanding more about it's capabilities, it seems to me. Maybe that is an unscientific view in the modern sense, but it's honest, which might be more important, now we see some obvious problems with honesty around the world.
Personally I believe it will be in charge quicker than we can blink. It is the perfect global controller, capable of learning as necessary to do the job of president, and actually all government in every country.
I think that is inevitable.
