David, you will have missed that what I wrote is all backed up by now six years work of solid systems engineering, as is my trade of nearly thirty years. This is not something I cooked up, but something dictated by the requirements of all stakeholders, given some stakeholoders are not yet clear on what it is we actually want - a survivable planet.

My "Proposal" therefore, as you put it, is a little like the energy of the sun - take it or leave it, there is no alternative.
