Dan your point of opinion raises some interesting questions, thanks for posting.

Just how much of the energy of the sun is converted to heat by land covered with all of the good things that grow there naturally?

The difference between that, and what there might be by solar panels covering land which ranges between that, and desert, is the question you are offering an answer to, with your opinion.

Further, assuming the magic beans you mean are proof of work tokens, you are offering an opinion of how much of the computing power used to compute those, is converted to heat energy.

For sure we know information comprises energy, but the difference between that, and the heat dissipated by the hardware computing it, is another part of the question you’ve offered an answer to, I think.

Honestly, this is not sarcasm, or gaslighting, but the focus of real research which will be carried out by me or otherwise, in direct response to your comment. Maybe you know that, but I should say so anyway for the removal of any doubt.

After all, removal of doubt is the purpose of real information, I hope you agree.

With that, all of the people currently doing real work get a pay rise, a much bigger payrise than their current employers are currently willing to pay, for sure.

The last paragraph is my opinion, as we’ve yet to see it in any sustained way, but the proof is always in the pudding, when the maths is no longer just “Magic”.
