Congrats on the move to Mastodon, I think its a great idea too. But I hope you start out as you might mean to go on, distributed power for your distributed Mastodon solution, with all servers entirely solar powered, off-grid, backed up by hydrogen 24/7, so that you never have to seek funds from users to pay server energy bills, after the server load of users begins to build up. In fact you might even find ways to reward users from the same facility, rather than charging them in any way for subscribing.
