Comparing capitalism with socialism misses the point, and is pure opinion anyway.
There are some physically undeniable facts that are missed in all political discussions about capitalism, which, if we keep in mind, help clarify things, keeping them simple.
Capital represents stored energy of Earth. (fact)
It took millions of years of live solar energy to create it, and that is what we have been consuming, to the point that it is now becoming increasingly hazardous to all of life on Earth, to keep consuming it. (fact)
We’ve consumed it to this point of hazard in about 150 years flat (fact)
So we have to stop consuming it, and start to recharge it, by using the only energy source available, the sun. (fact)
The energy of the sun can never be considered as capital It is continuous, virtually limitless, forever. (fact)
Therefore we can’t deal with it using capitalism. (fact)
So capitalism must, and will be ditched. (fact!)
That isn’t my opinion, it is hard, physical fact
The misinformation it seems about all things is the old system of capitalism dying. (Opinion)
The capital nature of energy on Earth is the technical reason we had capitalism, that is what makes it possible (fact)
The energy of the sun is never capital, and we have use it or die as a species, so we are moving onto something new next, beyond capitalism. (fact)
We discharged the Earth with take, take, take. (fact)
Now we have to put it back with give, give, give. (fact!)
That will happen automatically, I believe, when we hook up to the sun, as we have to. (opinion)
Why does no-one seem interested in technical descriptions of simply implemented money-fuel trees, that grow and replicate entirely from the energy of the sun, whilst producing endless free money-as-sunlight, and endless free clean fuel-as-sunlight?(lament)
Because no-one knows how to use it. (Opinion)
But we’ll learn, real quick (opinion)
