Cathy I agree with you, but I think those things would follow naturally, after the initial benefits of free money are realised.

For example, there would be nothing to stop somone using some of their free money issued by the sovereign entity of their country, to develop their own personal free money generators using something like Bitcoin technology, that they might feel motivated to produce even on behalf of all people, so as to enable all to issue their very own personal currencies, which again could be traded on markets, thus furthering the endeavours of everyone operating on a basis of their own reputations, rather than that of a collective.

In that scenario, everyone’s activities would be evaluated individually, and anyone involved in activities understood by the collective to be damaging to the environment would see downturns in the values of their personal currency values.

We only need government free money to bootstrap to that scenario.
