Carlton if you run such a business you might find margins are getting smaller and smaller, so now you can’t compete with other businesses who might be employing automation, child labour, or even slavery in other parts of the world, so the business is no longer possible for you to continue.
That is happening with businesses of all descriptions all around the world, you are not alone there.
The end result is jobs are becoming firstly less and less desirable for workers, to the point of slavery, but in the end the company has to fold when it can no longer meet its overheads, and everyone is made redundant anyway.
So profit has run its course, whether we like it or not, we have to look at a different way of doing things, which enables us to function without always having to return profit.
To me that means looking at the way nature works, to see what we need to do to work in the same way, as well as to fix all of the other issues including our planet starting to burn under heat domes.
Plants interface with the sun, converting that energy to forms distributed to all other life on Earth for free.
We compete with all other life for that energy, in a kind of arena, and we are winning to the point of extinguishing countless species other than ourselves, as well as one another.
The only way we can stop doing that, is to become like the plants, so that we can exit the arena, removing our energy requirements from it, but adding our output to it instead.
With proof of work tokens created from sunlight, which are obviously highly valued by markets, we have the mechanism, already highly used in the form of Bitcoin for example, to convert sunlight which costs nothing, to highly valuable money which can be used to fund all things.
There we see the reason why when free money is issued now by authorities, it goes up in value, not down, as used to happen previously.
Wealth in the form of energy from the sun is being poured into the world economy, which was previously a closed box.
Now free money really can be given away forever, as long as it is made directly from the energy of the sun.
Intuitively we know there is physics to prove this, as we see it is the same way nature works, the energy of the sun feeds all things.
If you had a source of free money for your business, you might run it for love, giving away all product, with all employees who might choose to keep working there also all with their own sources of free money, all voluntarily working, to increase the value of money that they might pass on for those goods that still need money.
Far more valuable business is done by people who love what they do, than people who just do for money.
I am guessing by your question, you might see all of this as some kind of far-fetched dream.
But it isn’t, it is reality.
The reality is that the way nature does things is the only way we can continue, because the battery of our planet is running out, as a direct result of the profit driven Grand Energy Ponzi (GEP).
We carry on like that, our planet, and all life on it dies; all people, our entire species, rich and poor.
The first signs we might see of that is millions of people with no money, no place to live, and nothing to eat, all over the world.
Are we not starting to see that?
The banks could change it all tomorrow if they stood up and declared all human financial debt for what it actually is, energy owed to our planet, where the grand creditor and benefactor of all was, is, and will always be the sun, and start to issue the funds needed, forever, powered by the sun.
