Caitlin there appears to be more and more connection with energy, in everything we see happening, it seems to me.
All of it is a crisis of energy, which corroborates much of your arguments. It all fits in a much bigger story of how nature uses energy as her currency, and we are failing to use it, even refusing to use it, choosing instead currency based on capital, which is never energy itself, just things nature created from energy, which we then destruct to obtain some of the energy back out.
I could try to clarify by writing more here but am finding the more I write in responses like these, the less they seem to be seen, so will refer you to this one I did earlier, to a person who's experience is in the nuclear and banking industries, which are obviously very relevant to the energy problem (Apologies for the high indidence of typos, it was done in a hurry):
