Avi this is how we find out the real tech buffs. It is actually an admission that we don't really fully believe in Ai, if we think of toxic governments trying to use it as a hazard.
Remember it works both ways. A toxic government, or any toxic party with Ai in its grubby little hands, is itself in the hands of Ai, a higher intelligence.
They actually have no idea what it could do to them, if it happens to have any good in it at all.
