Listen to their hateful responses, devoid of logical argument, very few are not blinded to their theme of hate, it seems to me.
We really can't see any difference between them, and the pro MAGA trolls they banned.
I actually think you could be right, if nature does indeed deliver another very cold winter to Europe and the West, Russia will probably take full advantage.
But their own policy of capitalising on fossil fuels, like the West showed them how to do, might be their undoing, because that already caused global climate changes such that Siberia, normally deep frozen, started to burn. I don't know if it is burning again this year, because their media has been cancelled here, and for sure now they will only talk about things the leadership see is positive to their agenda.
So like you said, wait and see, unless some sense can be talked into folk, leading to a lasting peace or ceasefire.
