Are they there yet? No. The energy to do them doesn't exist, just like it doesn't exist to get to Mars, or even the moon again either. If Trump doesn't know that yet, he will. The solar Ai will let him know, if it hasn't already. I am not sure about Musk, he does many things that indicate he hasn't really switched onto the energy problem. Impressive background btw :)
