All this can be vastly simplified by just considering money as energy transport.

Its the energy value in money which is important. This is its buying power.

Currently its issued as debt like you say, but that fact alone ties the energy "Content" in money to be exclusively energy extracted from the planet.

Only the planet can satisfy the deal of supplying more energy out, in return for a little put in, in the form of work done.

A human, or any living thing doing that, will quickly go energy bankrupt, literally killing itself.

Yet we do it massively to the planet, over and over, and then we are surprised to measure the temperature rising to flashpoint, until now forest fires are igniting in places like Canada, with the smoke literally choking folk in New York, 1000km away.

We even lie to try to cover this up with things like blanket effects associated with the atmosphere, when the atmosphere is adiabatic, not capable of supporting any blanket effect, no matter how much CO2 goes into it.

The brutal truth is that the temperature rise is direct measure of increasing entropy, whcih is destruction, all done for profit.

We are literally monetising destruction, by use of profit.

Since debt is a requisition to do work, the only work remaining, when all other work is done, say by a solar powered entity like Ai, is to extract energy from the planet.

The only way to issue money which can monetise solar energy, is give it for free, because the sun does not entertain the energy profit con, it gives what it gives for free, we can't bribe it to supply more or less on demand, its all there already in limitless amounts, for free.

The only way we will wind the temperature back down, is to monetise the energy of creation, rather than the energy of destruction, as things stand.

This is the only way to reverse the increase of entropy.

There are even folk who lie about that, claiming the purpose of life is to increase entropy, not decrease it, but look there would be no life, if that was the case.

The brutal fact is that it is us humans, practicing profit, which is the only form of life that lives to destroy all life, even including our own, and we only did it for a couple of thousand years until we found it was unsustainable, already decimating all of life.

The only chance we have, of turning that around, is to start monetising the energy of creation, the energy of the sun, the only way it can be monetised.

Otherwise, get ready for much more to come, all the genocide, from the planet, even when done by humans not realising we are no different from swarming ants, we have no idea of the forces going on at the level of energy, without the tools of formal systems engineering, and the latter is almost never applied to any examination of things non-profit.

Its an energy debt we really owe to the planet, all the financial debt of history is energy, extracted from the planet, and thrown to heat, via money as debt, all for profit.

Another irony in all of this, is that creation of actual information, truth, is also reduction of entropy, but creation of lies, all built on the base lie of profit, the entire imaginary world of finances, all go to increasing entropy, deletion of actual truth, and this again is a lab tested reseult.

So we might say that the penalty, for living in an imaginary world of lies, is in the end, a burning planet.

Isn't it interesting that the universe knows when we lie, even if we don't know ourselves?
