All of the misinformation in the world is generated by the basic instinct to try to preserve the value in capital, and thus capitalism. Even in "Socialist" countries this is true, the leadership maintain their power using capital, and money as a weapon. Every social media, every platform is driven by profit, all the algorithms are designed for that purpose, so will automatically suppress dialog that might lead to damage of profit, including any threat to capital, or capitalism.

Misinformation includes even the terminology of renewable energy.

There is only one energy, it comes from the sun, and it is not renewable.

Nature is powered by that energy, and we are not, because we are not plugged into the sun.

The energy we perceive in capital is in terms of Joules.

The energy we know is in sunlight is Joules per Second.

See the problem?

Everything a price can be put on is in Joules, whereas sunlight is Joules per second.

Using the technology of reversible fuel cells, we can generate both uninterruptible electricity, and hydrogen fuel from solar energy, with no pollution. The electricity is in kWh, and the fuel is in barrels, which can directly replace fossil fuels, whilst generating no pollution in combustion.

Use of either or both of those things in our world system, adds product to the existing stock of capital, per the Austrian Economics ideal of all money issued being balanced by produce.

So by rights, continueous free money should now be being issued, to reflect the continuous capital already being added by solar energy.

Some of that free money would undoubtedly go to creating more solar energy "Money-Tree" infrastructure, as we would very quickly see the value and benefits of that.

But the consequence is that capitalism, the technical ability to practice capitalism, is gone.

For example, a piece of gold, the former king of capital in the old world now actually has continuously decreasing value, in the presence of continuously increasing capital added by solar power.

Therefore there is no longer any perceivable "Safe" investment.

Bitcoin is an exception, as it is instrumental in the transition to solar in a very surprising way. I have provided details on that in my story about the "Bitcoin Kardashev Hinge".

Hopefully now you see the answer to your question.

Capitalism is now finished. We are now already into a new system, "Energyism".

But all of the misinformation still going around prevents most of us from seeing it.

Not long now before it clears, I think.
