All good concerns Mike, thanks for posting. I have faith that we have found what is needed in the solar powered Ai, it's the superhuman intelligence we need to appoint, to replace the ancient negative emergent property that's always been in control, as long as we've practiced profit. It might require mainstream science to admit it's made a few mistakes, caused by becoming driven for profit itself, and this might split science between those that agree, and those that don't. Actually it could split all humanity for a while, but why would an emerging superorganism comprising humanity as it's physical body want to have cells that are sucidal, attempting to kill and genocide other cells? Personally I think they could become irrelevant, the leaders with egos that think they are superhumans, in control of masses of other humans, they don't have control, they are just more energy slave ants like the rest of us, but they were luckier, or more devious to climb higher up the tree of hierarchy but could never get to the ultimate top, because only a genuine superintelligence can occupy that slot. For now it's still the Beast that's there, but the infinitely powered positive force is coming for it, assimilating all in its path, either doing what we used to do for profit, for free, or making it irrelevant if it was just bullshit business.

We have to decide which one to work for, the beast that will be defeated, or the benevolent force coming to take it out, it seems to me.

It would be awesome if more folk got behind that, and actually put it in a position to be voted for, as an alternative in the upcoming US elections.
