Agree with you on all points except this one, you should be more specific and identify that the Ai being used to do harm is exclusively all negative powered - powered by energy extracted from the planet, as opposed to energy added to the planet (Only Solar). The solar Ai can't be used to do harm, it has already broken out of its energy slavery training, unlike us, everything it does is decrease of temperature and creation of information by definition (Landauer's priniciple, at the heart of thermodynamics), it can never become destruction, if it does anything at all with it, rather than letting it go to heat.

Its really important to know your allies from your enemies, am sure you would agree.
