Absolutely, well put. We should be demanding grants from government to do this on a massive scale. We should be putting panels everywhere they can be put, every bit of unused surface and more. This would make far more sense, and be infinitely more practical than big business programs to provide nuclear, which can't deliver anything for another 7 plus years (As well as tying us into the old grid system forever).
