Absolutely. It is something covered briefly in some scifi novels of the distant past, so maybe something we always expected, but no-one really knew how it would manifest.
Now I think we are starting to see hard evidence of it, personally I feel like we should be celebrating it already, even though it isn't quite there yet, celebrations are all that is needed to push it the rest of the way home :)
Btw on geothermal, or any other energy from Earth, their mathematical sign is negative, so should be avoided, only solar is mathematically positive, adding to Earth, therefore monetisable.
