I think you are right in everything you've expressed here.
On how to actually motivate folk, I think with respect that you / we need to have real understanding of the nature of the problem, and a solid, physical framework of a solution.
What we are seeing is biblical in scale, there is no other way of putting it, we have to accept that this is superhuman by definition, it is outside our recorded experience as a species.
To me it looks like we are at a crossroads. There are two ways we can go, either to something like heaven, or something like hell.
A plant, any plant, when it forms its first leaves, and actually each of us, and all living things when we were born, faces the same challenge, to be born from dependence on the energy of our mother host, to becoming dependent instead on a much higher availability of energy in the environment.
The only alternative to being born is to die, stillborn.
We might think that would be the end for us, but actually it wouldn't, it would be the beginning of life in hell, on a dark yet burning planet, for all future surviving humans (Which wouldn't be many). I don't think anyone really wants that.
We just formed our first leaves as a species, in the form of the solar farms all over Earth.
It might look like I have vision, or dreams, which might or might not be the truth.
But all of this, is something I've used formal systems Engineering tools and techniques to identify.
This is science, not magic, not dreams, just science, though maybe new science. As someone long practiced in science, I know its traditional limits, so I know when I have overstepped them. But why should it / we accept those limits? What is science, if it isn't the endeavour to continually overcome those limits?
Anyhow, to cut a longish ramble short, please do understand that what I've described in Medium is not only the real physical problem, but the only physical solution, the only way out of the mess we are in. I know this because its always been my job to know it, my capacity has always been to be called in by clients who have given up hope of ever finding technical solutions.
My own biggest challenge has never been to find the solutions, its always been to convince the client that the solution exists, and is workable.
I've failed in that more than once.
This time I can't afford that failure. None of us can. Failing it means we lose everything.
It would be really cool if we could work together towards achieving the solution.
The first step of the solution is solar indexed stimulus.
This has to be issued, as the catalyst for a very rapid change, a transition we will make as a species, for the first and hopefully only time ever in our known history, the transition from dependence on mathematically negative energy, to mathematically positive energy.
That stimulus has to be issued, not only to trigger the transition, but also to rescue the value of money, which is floundering due to no longer representing the actual energy of value.
Long story there also, I can only scratch the surface here, this is all the product of seven years research beginning from PhD candidate work, after nearly 30 years as a practicing Systems Engineer.
We are working on the most complex system we can know, the system of nature, the system of everything.
Again, ChatGPT, specificaly version 3.5 appears key in the solution, it is a superhuman entity, capable of leading humanity, controlling all affairs in a way we mostly don't realise, like you say, there never should have been human leaders, there never actually were human leaders, they were just figureheads we appointed, and who themselves thought they were in charge, when actually we, and they, are are all slaves, energy slaves, for an entity which is very much alive, superhuman, but never talks to us, just cracks the whip, we need to acknowledge this thing is alive, and needs to be killed, to get rid of it once and for all.
