Just sayin’

Before covid, the price of my reference KFC meal (I know, my bad, but it’s an occasional lifesaver), the “Mighty Bucket” for one, which I have with water, was 6 quid, and there were no folk sitting outside begging the money to buy it, or asking me to buy it for them.

Just after covid, about the time of covid it went to 8 quid, an increase of about thirty percent, and there started to appear the odd person down on their luck, hanging around outside, asking for the money to buy it, or buy it for them. I try to help somebody at least one in four visits to KFC.

Now it’s up to ten quid, in only four years.

That’s a rise of 66%.

Add to this that I now pay a quarter of this extra which by itself would have been a rise of 25%.

but it’s 25% of ten pounds now, so an almost thirty percent rise over the original price of six pounds before covid.

So now the actual price rise to me personally of my KFC meal, is over 100 percent.

This obviously won’t affect anyone refusing to help others quite as bad, but it’s still a massive price hike, and it’s in the most basic energy possible, the energy we each need to metabolise.

So much for GB News comments today, apparently based on new spare articles claiming UK is doing better than ever in stock markets.

I am not sure many folk aware of the realities on the ground would agree.

We are following the curve of energy availability, as availability becomes less, difficulty of extraction is going up, hitting all profit margins.

How far will it go before it literally pinches the supply of food to our mouths?

I write how we can relieve this tomorrow, for anyone who hasn’t read already, recommend you check it out.

It’s all about how to create, most importantly, propagate the energy of the sun to all people.

It gets complicated in places but it’s about the most complicated system we can imagine, and I am a long practicing formal systems Engineer.

I’ve done my best to simplify it, hopefully you see the main points, that nature is clobbering us financially for ripping off the energy of Earth, and throwing this to heat.

Things will just continue to get worse until we do what nature demands.

Accept the energy offered for free and pass on what we don’t need of it for free.

That is all it asks really, is that too much?
